Given the plethora of car hire companies that claim to offer a superior service, it is refreshing to find a company that lives up to its word and at one of the most economic rates around. My daughter and myself were chauffeured from Hotel to Church in old fashioned style, by the most up to date Mercedes, driven by the owner of the Company. His attitude and attention to detail ensured that we were put at our ease on an occasion when nerves could have come to the fore.

BB Cars based in West Sussex has to be the Rolls Royce of luxury chauffeur driven limousines. We had booked BB Cars to drive us to Heathrow as we were flying to New York for a short celebratory trip. The roads were clear till half way up the A3 when we hit a horrendous tail back of traffic which was moving at a snails pace.

I started to worry as I could not see how we were going to make our flight. Our driver remained calm and confident which was very reassuring, he came off the A3 and made various diversions which only an expert driver could manage and delivered us in plenty of time un flustered, to our terminal.

I have to say the level of calmness and confidence showed by our chauffeur along with our sheer comfort of a first class limousine started our trip in a way that all celebratory trips should start… thank you so much BB Cars for going one step further!!!

We used BB Cars several times the last couple of years. They have always been in time. Chauffeurs know all the necessary diversions in case of a traffic jam. Cars are in pristine condition. It was quite impressive

We have used them many times over many years and the service last time was as good as the first. The owner Nathan is a perfectionist and is so proud of the business he has built up. He is so professional, friendly, caring and eager to ensure you have the best service and experience. Nothing is too much bother and his beautiful, modern cars (limousines!) are maintained to the highest level, and he personally is spotless with a tie and suit – and is why he likes to offer a chauffeur service – not a taxi service. Finally he is not expensive for what is given and is totally trustworthy! It really is a pleasure, a huge pleasure knowing he is always included in our travel plans!
